Hotel
During the AGM we are staying in the nhow hotel, RAI Amsterdam, close to the train station and metro to the city. After you register on this page you will receive a link with a code to reserve your room directly at the hotel.
Participation
Please enter your date of arrival at the meeting. And also, your departure date. If you arrive earlier at the hotel or leave later, please fill in those dates on the hotel reservation link that you will get from us.
Please tick the event agenda sessions you are going to join. Wednesday and Thursday are for members only. From Friday afternoon onwards everyone is permitted.
Participation for one member is included in the membership. Every extra member pays € 750,00. For the former members the participation fee is set at € 125,00.
